Airtel Malawi increases bundle benefits and reduces Pay-As-You-Go tariffs

Airtel Malawi has announced that it has reduced the Pay As You Go prices and increased the volumes of 8 of its most popular bundles.

In a joint press briefing with Minister of Information Hon. Gospel Kazako, Managing Director Charles Kamoto said Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) tariffs have gone down from K15/MB to K5/MB, with effect from Monday August 3.

For bunndles, Kamoto said the announced an increase in the benefits by reducing the rate/MB for 8 of its popular Daily, weekly and whatsapp bundles.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Information described internet as a major aspect of socioeconomic.

Kazako further said affordable internet prices will bridge the gap between the rich and the poor and its the government's aim to make life affordable and enjoyable.
