Gospel music icon to release single in November

MALAWI: Salima-based gospel music icon Levison Masamba is on fire and is set to release a single entitled “Adikira” (They will wait) on 1 November.

“When l was writing this song I was thinking about encouraging someone who is facing unfair competition and discouragement from jealousy people who love to suppress other people’s growth,” said Masamba.

He added that it is important to stay focused even though people speak badly about others as a tool to demotivate them.

“Continue pursuing your dreams and goals no matter what people may say and what you need is hardworking and remaining focused.”

The artist also urged all his fans to continue supporting him at various functions that he’s organizing and also by buying his music.

“I would like to appeal to all the up-and-coming artists to continue working hard regardless of oppositions if they wanted to reach far in the music industry,” said Masamba.

Masamba launched his career in music in 2010 and has so far released three albums with collaboration with great artists like Evance Meleka, and is now getting set for his fourth album.
