Passport Boys triumph in inter-defence, security agencies competition

The journey of the 2022 inter-defence and security agencies competition began on Monday, October 10th, with football category games only, at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe.

Malawi: The journey of the 2022 inter-defence and security agencies competition began on Monday, October 10th, with football category games only, at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe.

After a 2- 1 victory at the same stadium, the Passport Boys now lead the police football club by three points.

On Tuesday, October 11th, the prison football club played the passport boys from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., following the (MDF) football club and (MPS) game from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Griffin Mphande, the sports coordinator, expressed his joy at winning two games against Malawi Police and Malawi Prison Services.

Other institutions looked down on them because they finished last in the previous Regional tournament. In fact, they were underdogs, and they have now proven them all wrong.

First and foremost, God has been on the Passport boys' side, providing them with the courage to work hard, train, and select the best players in the department. Players' commitment

As of now, they intend to develop this talent in order to produce international-level players in the near future and to build a team capable of competing in Malawi's Super League.

As a Sports Coordinator, he and the entire Immigration family do not take this for granted.

Finally, Mphande thanked the MDF for inviting other security institutions to participate in this festival, which was previously theirs.
